  I lost my husband 14 months ago and I still miss him. I have a stepdaughter and grandsons. She still makes me a very big part of their lives. She is such a blessing. Grandchildren are blessing from God.

  Congratulations are in order. I speak from experience, it will be the one of your most difficult tasks you have ever attempted. I quit about 25 years ago and cigarette smoke still smells good. There are people out there who say "I just quit. What's the big deal?" Between you, me and whoever else reads this they were never hooked. Like drugs smoking is an addiction. It is not illegal so you can get your smokes anywhere and use them most anywhere. Don't be tempted to have just one. "It won't hurt." We are nicotine junkies and one will hurt. It will put you back at square one or back in the habit. 5 months down the drain. Here is an interesting observation I have made. See if you come up with the same conclusion. I readily tell smokers that say they are going to quit to not waste their time. Reason being if you are going to quit, QUIT Without exception I have been correct 100% of the time. They enjoy it too much and don't care about the health risks. Off my soap box for now, Vern
