I have had a horrible day. I got a call from the nursing home at 10am that Lewis was having some fast and irregular heatbeats. So they transported him to the hosp. I beat them there.
After a couple of hours watching the monitors and the blood work coming back fine, the dr decided to do a ct scan to check for blood clots in his lungs. Finally got that report around 9. Nothing showed up.
He got transported back to the nursing home I picked him up a sandwich and I just got home around 10:30. What a day. I was afraid to go outside to call any family afraid I would miss the dr and I hurt all over. 12 hours in the ER is terrible.
They want him to go to the heart center here next week for some more testing.

So sorry to hear about your ordeal. Waiting for reports is the longest nerve wracking thing. Go take a nap and refresh yourself. Hang in there. We're with you.
