So I moved in yesterday. I slept so well last night. I felt safe for the first time. There's a locked door between me and the world. I said good-bye to my mother for THREE MONTHS! I don't have any friends yet- I've been feeling really awkward and not socializing too good. But even if it does end up being lonely here it will be so much better then anything else. I have food and a bed to call my own and I'm working towards my future. Yes I still have to deal with my dad and the police, but that's not today's problem.
