My lunch was quite bad. (Egg Fuyong with no gravy). I couldn't finish 1/3 and it messed up my glucose level. There will be no take-out from that place for a while. The fortune cookie was good. It said "Keep your courage up and it will keep you up". My colleague said "you needed that". And yes, I do need to keep my courage. Dealing with the xxxx at work, dealing with this depression, dealing with diabetes, or just living itself takes courage.
