I am 31 years old and have my duaghter samantha who is 11 now. Who has down sydrome ..Moved to sydney 10yrs ago, without the family, trying hard to have another baby for a sibbling for samie, in a happy relationship with my partner todd of 9 and a half years.. things are great!!

Hi Olivia, we have a new member on the eight plus group, Kris, she has a daughter,Hannah, who's 16. Yay! Another girl. I did ask her about when her daughter had gotten her period and I'm fowarding her message to you. Samantha is closer to getting hers than Meg, so maybe this will help you when Samantha's time comes. Ive moved from nz to australia and have lived in sydney for 9 years, dont really have alot of surport with samantha shes doing really well, goes to special school and is enjoying that lots.her speech is coming along well too, want to learn of other families in the same boat.
