      I was diagnosed (finally) with Lupus about four years ago, and recently my daughter was diagnosed as well.

      Treatments

      Celebrex Not Working
      Prednisone Working / Worked
      My doctor prescribes this when I have a flare up usually in doses that make me feel sick.
      Acupuncture Somewhat Helpful
      I just started, finished my second treatment today and she is talking about prescribing a tens machine.
      Lexapro Too Soon to Tell
      The doctor just started me on Lexapro for anxiety and depression, so we'll see....

      Helps my pain, but not anxiety

    • Open Hearing Loss & Deafness

      I was attacked ten years ago and suffered a traumatic brain injury which resulted in nerve deafness. I have some hearing with digital hearing aids.

    • Open Tinnitus

      I have nerve deafness from an attack ten years ago. Can hear some with digital hearing aids, but have bad tinnitus.
