Well, our day didn't exactly go as planned. We planned to go get lunch, general tso chicken from ming moon, thats what Dave always ordered and our balloons and go to the cemetary and have a little picnic and send off the card we made for Dave and a bookmark that said I love Dad that we made. We got there and I got Maddie all set up and then finally got the balloons attached to the letter and was getting ready to send it off and who pulls up, but my mother and brother in laws. So we quick send off our package and I thought she might decide to come back later and leave us be for a minute because she does only live a half a mile away, but she didn't. So as she walked over, I decided we'd better leave. So I started packing up all the stuff, we didn't even get a chance to eat, they came over and didn't say a word to me and the only thing that was said is, "oh, do you have any toofers yet?" from my mother in law to Maddie. I put her in her stroller, bent down and said tell daddy you love him. We love you daddy, and we left. She waited for me to pull out and then she left. I should have stayed and had our picnic reguardless, but I just didn't want to be around her. Maddie was all decked out in her "daddy gear" today. She had her little tennis skirt outfit on that says "daddy's sweetie" on it with candies all over it and "I love daddy" socks and hat and her gold "daddy's little girl" necklace on. At least I got pictures of her before we left since I didn't have time to get any at the cemetary. I think Davy appreciated it. I miss him so much. Happy Fathers Day.
I'm sorry that you're day didn't go as planned.
