Day 3 :: 163.6 pounds

I feel so mad and ashamed at myself. I did so bad yesterday and now I gained my 3.6 pounds plus some back. I don't even know how this happened. Well, I do I guess. Well, today's a new day... I'll talk to you guys later =(.

    Don't worry about it too much. Stuff like that happens to me all the time lol. You know how to handle this diet so well, that I am sure you will lose all this gained weight! =D I wish you all the best!!

    Don't let it bum you out! Weight is very fickle and there are a lot of factors that mess around with it. When you're really getting into better shape and really making a difference in your body, you'll still be getting crazy weight fluxuations, you'll just get the average weight down :-)

    Another thing is that when you binge/eat alot of stuff you shouldn't, then you have all that more food in you. I don't know what it is - I gain about 4 pounds when I weigh myself at the end of the day rather than in the morning. When you have food in you you just seem to weigh more. It'll bounce back in a couple of days, don't worry!! This has happened to me before.

    You'll get back on track! I never weigh myself everyday....women can gain or lose several pounds of water weight from day to day. I used to do that too, but it's discourageing. I weigh once a week. That way I get a true picture of what I weigh. Hugs!

    Also Rebecca, if you are exercising, you may be building muscle, which weighs more than fat! Also, don' forget when it gets close to THAT TIME, you will retain water, and possibly weigh more! Don't let it get you down girl! Just forge on! DD

    Dont be so hard on yourself. You will be just fine... And yes... dnjnm is totally right. That one week a month, I refuse to weigh myself because of water weight gain. Just keep up the good spirits and you will be just fine!!! Im sure of that!! =) XXXJOLYNDAXXX

    don't let it stress you out... just keep yourself on track and the weight will come off, a slip up here or there is normal. my weight goes up a fair bit in a day - at the end of the day I'm about 4 pounds heavier

    EVERYONE IS RIGHT, MY WEIGHT IS HIGHER AT END OF DAY BUT I TRY AND WEIGH MYSELF IN A FEW DAYS BECAUSE IF I EAT LATE I NOTICE I STILL WEIGH MORE IN THE MORNING, WAIT TILL YOU ARE ON EMPTY AND WEIGH THEN. YOU CAN DO THIS AND DON'T GIVE UP, YOU'VE DONE SO GOOD! THE MORE YOU MAKE YOURSELF UPSET, THE MORE YOU TEND TO BINGE OR OVEREAT. DON'T LET THIS GET TO YOU AND JUST GET BACK ON TRACK AND DO WHAT YOU WERE DOING-SOUNDS LIKE IT WORKS WHEN YOU STAY BUSY AND HAVE FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO SUPPORT YOU. YOU HAVE MADE A DIFFERENCE IN MY LIFE AND WE ALL ARE HERE TO HELP YOU TOO.

    Don't be so hard on yourself. Like you said "today is a new day". As others have said before me, my weight goes up and down as well. I weigh myself once a week and always in the morning, and never during THAT TIME because I have found that I do weigh more and get upset. Keep up the good work. I know you can do it.

Day 3 = Bad day.

Today was a bad day... I mean I did some good things too but I did so good the past few days and today I didn't do so good. I exercised and drank my water so thats good. But I had pretzels, kfc, and chocolate. Grr... I'm mad at myself but I'm not going to stress. Tomorrow I'm going to do 100 times better. My sister is leaving for the cabin tomorrow and my mom and I decided we're going to replace 2 meals with slimfast and walk every night.

    No worries girl!!! You know that if you deprive yourself from the foods you love... thats what will make you slip up. So give yourself a little here and there. ANd also, its more about the QUANTITY of food. If you didnt suff yourself till you were gonna burst, I wouldnt worry too much about it!!! You will be fine!!! ***JOLYNDA***

Day 3 :: 158.2 pounds

Today is already the third day of my diet and I have been doing great so far. This morning I woke up and my body felt so tired and worn out (probably from yesterday lol) so I decided to not go on a walk this morning. Since I'm not going on a walk this morning I WILL be doing pilates tonight. I realize I've changed my exercise plan already but I'm going to change it again. I'm just going to go with the flow. Everyday I will either do pilates or walk. I don't think I need to plan it as much, I just listen to my body you know. Anyways this morning I've been doing good. I ate a good breakfast, drank one water, and took my multi-vitamin. I had an english muffin (we're out of milk) with light butter, strawberry apple sauce, and orange juice. Oh yeah and if you didn't already notice I'm down another 1.6 pounds!!!!!!! That's a total of 3.6 pounds. I really can't blow it now lol. Oh yeah if you're wondering, my profile pick is my favorite band, cute is what we aim for. If you want to listen to their stuff go to youtube.com and look them up. =D
