  Thanks for that I talked to the bank last week and all I kept getting told is it's out of their hands the overdraft has to be payed before I can get my name off the account and as it stands they keep telling me I'm just as responsible for the account as he is as my name is on it blah blah but my mom said she has some funds for me and is going to help me pay to get my name off the account and I'm going to wait til end of month see if all my funds go into new bank account at another bank then close my personal and be done with that bank as that was the bank I delt with being married to him I'm starting fresh
