I love music. My all time fave is Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band. The man can write songs, what can I say? Also, I love to read. Pretty much anything by Stephen King. I have recently started reading the Augusten Burroughs books. I first read Look Me In the Eye by his brother John Elder Robison, which lead me to Running with Scissors, then Dry, etc. etc.

Hi, I have never been on the online thing before. So I am very green here. I'm not quite sure even if you are going to get this message. I'm putting this out there for you and yes I get the tag thing. My son is almost eight and was not diagnosed with autism spectrum almost 2 years ago. I am trying to get the AS diagnoses right now. My question to you and anyone out there is: Is it possible to have 130% in communication skills and still have Autism or AS? Someone, I'm desperate for this answer. My son has every sign of AS known to man kind except for communication skills. I am a very outgoing person and have been home with my son since birth but for some reason I cannot fix his social behavior and eccentric ways. HELP!!

Thankyou SOOOOOOOOOOO much! You are the FIRST person I've met with this same situation. This means so much. Do most of your shirts have holes in the back where you had to cut (or rip) the tags out so they would quit poking you? Much of this is new to me over the past couple of years. Appreciate your reply!
