One Heart

Soft and warm the breeze blew,

As my mind drifts back to you.

Hand in hand by the ocean blue,

Alone together a dream come true.

A day so perfect in everyway.

Entwined as one we lay,

Upon the warm sand that day.

Our hearts ablaze no words to say.

This day my heart no longer free,

For my vow I pledged to thee.

We sing for the world to see,

That together we will always be.

As we gazed into each others eye,

We see a tear shed in joyful cry.

All to fast this day passes by,

Ever in memory long we sigh.

Now when life’s cold winds blow,

We cling together wherever we go.

We can look deep inside and know,

We have but one heart to show.
