Are you watching scary movies again, LOL? You're starting to creep me out already! You know what, Sharon...consider trying to move around alot, just to get your blood flowing, and then gently stretch. If you're having heel pain, walk around so your muscles get a good blood flow, then put your foot against the wall and lean into it, so you get a good stretch to elongate your muscle....try it. Let me know how it works..........NO MORE SCARY MOVIES FOR YOU, like you did the other night, lol. Good night, sleep tight, sweet dreams.......xxxooo

I did once and it was heel spurs, bone deposits. Really hurt when I could feel the tissue tearing when I walked. Lots of rest from the fibro healed them over and now I'm okay again. Have you been checked for restless leg syndrom. That also is common in fibro and it happens when you're trying to rest. I don't have it so I don't kow what it feels like. Supposed to kicking your legs when asleep and some other symptoms as well. I guess by now someone would have noticed if they've been kicked in the night by you :) Scary about the fire alarm. Having been through a house fire I don't want anyone to experience it. And ours was just bad smoke. Hope you find out what the problem is.
Go around your place and check all light switches, plug-in, appliances, and fuses for warmth. Hopefully you just need new batteries in your alarm! But best to be on the safe side - and please if you haven't already but a fire extinguisher and keep it in sight. Saved our house, we bought two one for inside the house and one for the garage. Husband couldn't find the inside one because of the smoke so black and ran and got the garage one to put out the fire. Recommend everyone have a couple on hand where they can get to them fast!
Good luck and prayers for a safe house.
hugs and blessings,

I get that burning aching feeling in my feet when I walk too much. I massage almond oil into my feet to keep them soft (for sandals) and the mini massage seems to help somewhat. Usually a good night's sleep is all I need to get that pain away. As for the leg pain - nothing helps that.

My big toe on both feet burn a lot. Maybe you have a ghost who likes to play practical jokes!!! This happened at my brothers house once and it triggered an alarm at the fire station, they came with 4 fire trucks and an ambulance. They could smell a faint burning but never found anything wrong. An electrition checked it out the next morning and nothing was ever found. It's been several months since that happened and they have had no problems. They were uneasy and worried for quite a while about the house.........Cathy

oooh, now i`m spooked, cathy.!no,seriously,we did a thorough chech top to bottom,of everything electrical, and nothing was hot, thank the lord.scared racheal the most,as her friends family were in a house fire.thankfully, they all got out safely, but the fire inspectors found when they had done all their checks, that it had started in one of her daughters plug sockets.when i saw their house (and they`d only just moved in,it was a wreck.fortunately, they were insured so they were able to claim.still, doesn`t make up 4 the scare they had and how close they`d come 2 a tradgedy.they r still in a rented accommodation, and work, should have been completed before the end of the summer, but it now looks like they will be lucky 2 be in again before xmas.fortunately,as i said,we have a built-in power-cut thingy(cant think what its called),but basically it means if anything electricaal, gets even slightly hot it automatically shuts off the power.so we would know before it got dangerous.we r lucky, not everyone has this, but when they last checked our electric, the council had decided to install them in all of their properties, yey, they got something right!!!.thanks for all your suggestions about heel-burn as i call it .its really painful, and feels like someone is stabbing me with a hot poker.will try all suggestions,thank0you.
