I have degenerative disc disease , left too late to operate on, sciatica , herneated discs in my neck, fibro , highb/p , and tinitus.also menopausal!!!!!!!aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!

like reading , coming on here to my friends.ocassionaly watching tv, ellen , greys , corrie etc.love all kinds of music , and yes !george micheal too!!!gotta love that voice!

Close Depression
have on/off depression.mainly due to the loss of my dad last year..

- takes time towork,but canmake the depression easier to cope with.

- wonderful family,we all support each other.also found ds my saving grace.
Close Bereavement
lost my girls father last year ,then four months later i lost my own wonderful dad.

Open Back Pain
I have had back problems since my teens.now i have degenerative disc disease ,sciatica,hernaeted discs in three levels ,fibromyalgia,which agravates my back also.tried many drs ,and surgery is too risky now.
Treatments

- exellent for chronic pain ,monitoring advised incase of addiction and dependancy.
- Cortisone (Injection) Working / Worked
- regularly have these for tennis elbow as well as swollen discs in spine.
- Epidural Injection Working / Worked
- unsure wether or not to go for the next one.last one only worked on one side.

Open Interstitial Cystitis (IC)
I have fibro ,am menopausal ,and get almost constant cystitis ,which is really pulling me down.my gp will give me antibioticxs ,but i`d like to know how to prevent further attacks ,and if its related to either of my other problems??would like to hear others stories
