Just a quick update…..
I have been a little off-line lately for several reasons. I got a promotion at work and started my new position a few weeks ago. I have been SO BUSY trying to tie up loose ends at the old job….and learning my new responsibilities! So far….so good! Now that things are settling down….I think I will be back on-line more often!!! Yippee! I have really missed all of you and look forward to catching up!!
I continue to benefit from Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) treatment! I am still feeling really great (with the exception of my stitches dissolving too soon or breaking open….from out-patient-surgery (not related to Crohn's) that I had in early October)! But….that will be behind me soon!
LDN continues to help relieve my symptoms, inflammation, and pain! I am so pleased about that!!
Well, I know that this is a really quick update….but I will be back soon!

Something to ponder???…..
Have ya ever chopped on the ol’ "traditional" Chex Mix (in a bag)? Nice light lit’l treat…. a little bit of ‘dis…a lit’l bit of ‘dat….. ! But the real problem with ME eatin’ on the snack, is that I tend to "steer" toward the Chex treats…pushing aside the pretzels…round and square…fun shapes. I even push aside the squiggle cracker things that they have mixed in there…..
And then I wonder,…. Hummm….if I always go for the Chex treats in the bag…..why not just buy Chex Mix cereal instead….. LOL! (I think I have a trip to the cereal isle coming up in a few days….) LOL! 
(So much said (maybe TOO MUCH said)....for my dinner tonight…..)
Anyway,….all is well with me and I am hoping that all is well with you too! I am thinking of you (yes…YOU!!!) every day and truly hope that you are well! Take care of yourself…ALWAYS!

So glad for you Patti! Having the right job is so important to how you feel and you deserve the best you hard worker. I've found a good job and am adjusting too to being in different situations. Doing more bookkeeping and the people are great and make it possible for me to get up and go. That and the bills get me there. Happy Fall and Thanksgiving. I got my scarecrows and gourds out on patio. Starting my Christmas shopping. New tree this year and making wreaths out of old ornaments. Not very cold here yet. Love and hugs, God bless you, Jennay
