I'm exactly where you are. I work in a call center for a major investment firm, but I have anxiety about phone calls. It's very hard when your job makes you nervous or anxious but the work environment is really difficult. I understand.

Type: Seasonal Affective DisorderI usually have depression problems during the winter so...here I am.
Treatments
- Lexapro Working / Worked
- It made me feel more stable-but I hate being dependent on drugs, so I weened myself off of it.
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- I enjoy going to therapy and getting to talk to someone about my feelings. I just haven't found someone who really helps me though.
- Zoloft Working / Worked
- I don't get the dizzy spells like I did with Lexapro. I still didn't like having to use it though.
