Today went really good up until about 10:30pm. For breakfast I had oatmeal. My class was cancelled this morning so I took my dog for a 2hr. walk. When I got back I ate 2 yogurts. For lunch I had a salad with sunflower seeds and ceasar dressing, wrap with laughing cow cheese, and a serving of cherries. On my break at work I really wanted a rice krispie bar, but the vending machine was out so I had the sesame crackers & l.c. cheese I packed. When I got off work I had a pouch of granola bites. I had about 1/3 bag left of cherries, so I polished those off while watching tv. I ate 60 cherries which is almost 300 calories. I felt a lil guilty about that but I figured that cherries are better than 300 calories of something else. After eating cherries I wanted some cereal, so I had one bowl. I wanted another bowl but then my roomate came home so luckly I didn't eat another bowl. While he was home I ate a yogurt and tortilla with spray butter. I gave him a ride to a friends house and when I got home I had that bowl of cereal that I wanted so badly before. I did stop myself after that one bowl of cereal when I got home so that is definately a step forward. Because I usually would of had one or two more bowls. Yeah a small defeat.
