i have lupus and my ana went to 1:2560 from 1:60 w/i a couple months now when i go everything seems neg, still have symptoms. 3 of my girls have jra, but if i remember right their rf was neg but ana was like 1:320 to 1:640 do you know how high yours was?: im sure there are other bld tests too that they go by. but symptoms mean alot too:)

Hello, I to was dignose with RA on 2005 and I too have to go though monthly blood work cause the medication I take smiller to what you take but i take enbrel. I found out that a gentle flexibility exercises, stretches mainly have help me. Keep strong and never give up.

Just received word today that I have severe sleep apnea. Waiting to hear from PCP about where to go now.
