It's been a pretty good week for me...I've had a nice break after alotta tests at the beginning so I'm trying to jsut relax and enjoy it. I've ran/worked out everyday since Saturday...idk if that's good or bad since I don't need to lose anymore weight, but I really feel like crap when I don't! I also think I am completely addicted to icecream and diet sodas. I eat icecream at least once everyday and probably drink around 4 sodas a day. I still drink water, and try to allow the icecream to fit without a good amount of my daily calories, but still that can't be normal! It's geting to be cold weather stil and I've been freezing even if it's only 60 degrees outside which sucks...i hate being cold!
