Trying to do better today but night is my worst time so hopefully it will go okay. So last night I stressed ate (obviously) all for my study test I was supposed to have this morning. Well I woke up extra early to study again since I quit and went to bed last night...turns out my teacher didnt have enough copies of the test so it got moved til tomorrow now! I was kind of glad becauser I wasnt as prepared as I wanted to be but I also dont want to spend tonight studying/stressing about it either and wanted it out of the way. I dont know how much studying I will do but ya we'll see... When I get off I am going to go to a body step class with a friend, then prolly grab a smoothie or something and head home to work on crap. I hateeeee summer school!

 

B: pb banana jelly sandwich

S: bowl of cereal

L: ham/cheese/turkey sandwich, baked chips, yogurt with fruit

S: nutter butter snack pack, 3 peices of chocolate

D: salad and lean cuisine pasta meal

 

intake is kind of low for a day of me being active (even tho I did overeat yesterday) i dont want to create a cycle or over-eating/restricting, so i plan to get a smoothie or something after workout and maybe another small snack before bed but mainly just try to listen to my body!

 

workout: jog 30 min and bodystep aerobic class

    i hate school too...or atleast the stress that goes with it that so easily seems to trigger a binge. sometimes i try studyin at my school library since u cant eat in there, maybe that'll help u?
