I ended up eating less than I thought I would yesterday around 2500 calories considering I ran 5 miles and did a weight …
Ate too much today but at least it wasnt a binge so thats like 4 days now i have resisted that. even tho i ate way too much crap food i at least had a good workout this morning its just bugging me because i put on an old pair of my shorts and my ass barely fit into them! they were so tight and gaaah like i feel like the scale is just going up or something but im just going to try to go with it, not binge, and see how it goes...

S: crunch n munch popcorn

S: tons of watermelon and like a shitload of homemade icecream like prolly 4 servings! (may binge to some but it wasnt uncontrollable and i ate like as much as everyone else)
