Well I am kind of annoyed with the roomie...we kind of got into a dumb argument today so I am staying at my parent's again, plus I got an amazing free dinner out of it and I always love being home and the comfort of that! Today's been a long boring day, at least with work, and I have tomorrow off so I feel like I should do something more worthwhile or stay up later but honestly I am pooped and would probably rather go to bed at a decent time and maybe get up for a nice jog instead. For some reason I love jogs in my parents neighborhood I think because I know how far I am going and it's peaceful. I am gonna try to get my mom to go to a weight lifting class tomorrow but I dont know how excited she seemed about it! hahah
Today was an okay day on food...and amazing on the fact that I came home and ate a bowl of cereal as part of my snack and didn't end up eating the WHOLE thing...geez I was proud (thats sad! hahaha) I am really full...well kind of...or should be....but I still wanna snack so there may be additions to think but I kind of hope not because I am prolly just sleepy.
B: oatmeal with apple slices
S: mini candy bar
L: turkey/cheese sandwich, crackers, yogurt w/fruit (boring I know but its easy to fix fast n go for a quick grab for work!)
S: cereal, yogurt, and banana, small oatmeal bar
D: grilled shrimp and chicken, baked potato fries, side salad, and brocolli
S: LARGE icecream cone :) hershey chocolates
workout: 20 min elliptical, 10 min stairmaster, body attack class, 1 mile walk

a lot of exercise again! nice work! :) glad u r happy staying with ur parents its nice to go home to take a break away from ur roomie! Once u go back maybe u will ahve both calmed dwn a bit! Good job with the eating today sounds like a moderate healthy amount,maybe a bit on the light side for how much exercise u have done but i cant really talk on that 1 lol! hope u have a good day 2mro!
