I started the day with step aerobics and then went to pick up my brother's prescription.  He was not feeling well.  So I did it for him.  He gets nasty migraines.   

I spent the day with Bob Kelley of BobKat Productions. We scouted locations looking for targets of oppurtunity that just did not present themselves. I met him at 10 am at the studio on Fee Dr. I put my gear in his truck and then we drove down to Rio Vista looking for wind surfers but there wasn't much in the way of wind so no surfers. But that was ok. I was happy the whole time. I just felt great. It was a sunny day and he was really nice to catch up with and easy to talk to. I always liked him and its nice to know he is still as nice and smart as ever. We had lunch in Rio Vista at a little Italian restaurant. I had the grilled veggies and chicken entree with some water and lemon juice. It was a good lunch. He paid for the meal. Then we stopped at a couple of places along the shore and looked but only found a cool old boat on its side that looks abandoned. I had such a good time. I only got a few shots on the Canon 20D. But thats ok now I know how to get around down there and maybe I will go back to the public parks. Its a little like Washington State close to the delta and Walnut Grove. We crossed the river in two places on these little ferries. We also saw three barges in the river they were huge!! He felt bad about there not being much to shoot but I had a good time anyway and told him not to feel too bad. I did mention Disney working in La and also having had electronics in college. I should review my old electronics book. I have reviewed my lighting guide. I felt good about that too. I stopped for a sandwich at Paneras, I got the tuna on wheat and a loaf of rye bread. It was warming up. I stopped at Kmart to replace some of my clothing that had been destroyed by the fish oil capsule. I also got a replacement night gown because mine was just too big.  I'm down to a large and the old one was a 2x.  Before I left this morning I discovered that my Sony HDR FX7 is in need of charging so I left it on charge at the house and got Britt's medication at Kaiser. It was easy. Apparently there is a ten dollar incentive if he orders his paxil through the mail. But this does not apply to my hrt. Go figure.

I am taking a meditation class on Monday afternoon at a church in town.  It should be very cool.  I've been there before and had a good experience.  I'm going to a place called the horton farms in Loomis which has iris in bloom.  I'm shooting for my mother.  She is a painter.  She will want the photos to work from.
