I am a workout nerd. I look at Cathe Friedrich's website everyday. I check the forums. Lol. I look at the workout rotations with lust in my heart for dvds that I don't have yet.
Next week:
Business: Same stuff:
1. Study legal terms
2. Cold calls
3. brochure (my artist was not available last week)
4. Networking
Personal:
1. Exercise MWF Walk/Run 60 min. T/TH/Sa Step. I want to add 30 minutes before my short yoga practice (three days a week) of strength training. Light rep work. More stretching too. I love stretch max by Cathe.
2. Nightly bath then yoga
3. Eat low carb calorie cycle food which is in support of my personal weightloss goals.
4. Daily affirmations in my journal.
5. Stay fully in the moment a la Eckhart Tolle and be focused on knowing my stuff.
6. Add abdominal work three times a week.
So, it shouldn't be too bad. I have scheduled time for the brochure for next weekend. The week after that will be the cold calls. Then I will send out the brochure. Then find networking events. I expect those to be in the business journals. Maybe I should call my old boss once that is done and volunteer for a couple of video shoots.
