And in this circle its a dancing bear with a party hat on his head or. . something like that.

 

Ok.  Well, just got back from HP mtg.  It was great as always.  I also realized that I must get a grip of my thoughts and focus them where they are needed.  So, this week the following is what I will accomplish:

 

Business:

 

Btw I called Nancy today and sent that email so thats one thing off my list.

 

1. Cold call everyone in the local phone book to find a mailing list.

2. Create brochure

3. Create mailing list (see item 1)

4. Practice with kit

5. Study legal terms

 

Not so bad, right?  I've even worked out my cold call spiel, want to hear it?

 

"Hi my name is Alisha, do you use videographers?  I am a certified legal videographer and if you do use that service would it be ok if I sent you my contact information?

 

If yes take the address.

If no say "Thank you for your time you have a good day now, good bye."

 

Do not call list?  Where do I get that?

Simple, right?  After all I expect not to hear much in the way of yes-es.  I don't really mind hearing a no because in some ways I'm kind of scared to start work.  Lol.

 

Personal:

Workout schedule:

I think I put this in my last email its still the same but I can't run outside because of the bad air.  I want to but there is so much smoke it could kill me.  Seriously.  I saw two dead healthy looking road kills today.  Didn't look like they'd been hit by cars, rather died of smoke inhalation.   

 

So: MWF: Kick boxing/Buns of Steel 

T/Th/Sa Step and ab work

Sunday: Rest.

 

Mindfulness:

I plan to visit DS just once every two weeks from now on.  Also, I plan to only play my fantasy reel in my head on Sunday for just one hour.  And to use specific visualizations as my mind break from my studying next week.  

 

I don't know if I should start the cold calling before  I even finish the brochure.  Maybe I should?  Then I would have the list and finish the print job.

 

So, Maybe the schedule should look like this:

 

5:45 am give my brother his pills/breakfast Have my two eggs before workout.

6 am Workout

7 am Shower/dress small chores.

8 am Study

10 am cold calls (doesn't make sense to call when people aren't at work yet.)

12 noon Lunch?

1 pm Cold calls

3 pm Study

5 pm make dinner/chores

6 pm Eat/clean up

7 pm evening workout, either a bath or shower.  (I hate post workout sweat.)

 

Sound reasonable to you? Allowing 10 minutes of visualization per hour aught to help me stay sane without delving into my favorite self distractors- the internet and fantasies.  So.  Thats the plan.  

 

I will play on the net only one hour a week.  I will check my emails for business two times a day but won't play with message boards at that time.  Its simple and I know that this will work.  I'm free.  I don't know why I feel that, but I do.
