I'm Kori and I have suffered with social anxiety as long as i remember, my chest locks up when im within 20 ft of a crowd.

- Breathwork Somewhat Helpful
- only works after an attack
Open Panic Attacks
Im Kori and becuase of my social anxiety i have Panic attacks, or if i get overly stressed i get into a panic attack.
Treatments
- Positive Thinking Not Working
- never did
- Breathing Exercises Somewhat Helpful
- only helps if someone coaches me through attacks
