Oh my gosh, yesterday was spent in dream land.  My daughter and i had a major sleep-in, we didn't wake up till almost 4:00.  Geez, but the great sleep, dream time was awesome.  However that ultimate cheese burger and crap i ate all night wasn't good.  Oh well! today is a new day.  Got up early and did a little yard work, now something healthly for breakfast and i WILL go to the gym today.  Yes i will.... 

Skin is good, really hoping my hypnotist/therapy will help me eliminate the scratching habit, i swear i scratch all the time.  My hardwood floors must be swept once a day just to pick up all the pieces of me - dry skin.  UGH GROSS
