Today was a good day, skin is actually cooperating due to prednisone and i feel human. Went to lunch with a friend wearing shorts and sleeveless shirt - that is monumental compared to the last month of hiding from humanity. Made appointment with a psychologist who does hypnotherapy, how to use the hypnosis to ward of the itches.
