    About Me

48, 2 grown kids and a hubby who is both the best and worst to me and for me. We are polar opposites and for the most part balance well, but life over the past couple years has been rough. I had back surgery, and eczema has taken over my life. Stress doesn't help. What happened to me? I used to be the rock, now i feel like i'm under a rock.

Thank you so much for your advise, that sounds like a good idea -- Because I do, I get up wondering okay what do I eat now, because I go to bed planning and wake up doing the same thing. So I think I will try your advise and see how it goes!!! Thank you so much!!!

    • Close Anxiety

I usually have anxiety because of my eczema, which has been lifelong. Feeling of worthlessness, obsession - to scratch or not to scratch, who is looking at me, etc. Many sleepless nights and always have plan b, c and more in the wings is controlling. Have learned that there are some things you can control and some you can't. My husband is a whatever happens, happens kinda person, and that has actually helped me deal with some of my anxieties.
