Tired, tired, tired. My job is mentally taxing and it just got to a point today that I couldn't THINK anymore! Course the funny thing is I worry A LOT about my cognitive abilities being impaired with the MS. Do I rest and let my job 'suffer' or continue at a 1,000/hr? Sometimes it's crappy trying to do everything. I am still amazed at the folks with families - there must be some energy reserve they pull from. Thank goodness for provigil. It's the only way I can stay awake at work.
