well for the past few days I have been really taking it easy with the eating thing. ha ha. I am too hot to eat anything warm or don't have the energy to cook so I have been eating ready made things like fresh veggies, fruits and salad. I feel better too after a few days. I can tell by the inches off my waist and hips. It's been less than a week and so far so good. I will keep it up too as I really need to take better care of myself. The problem is I love food. That makes it harder but still I know it can be done so no more excuses. Now as long as I don't weaken I will be fine. Egads!!!! ha ha. To be continued......
