Well today is a lot better  Laughing I am doing well physically and walked a bit today.  I try to keep walking for exercise and since I love to do that once I get started I can't stop.  Last night I walked for over 2 hours.  I need to lose weight and this is the way to do it.  But it will come off ok.   I am not as stressed as I was last week and the week before was one I never want to experience again.  Too much nonsense. So it's true physical exercise is good for us and helps the stress go away. 

In addition to that,  I think I feel better because of this group.  No kidding, I come here and there is always a hug waiting for me and that motivates me with so much encouragement.  I love sending hugs too.  Sometimes  if I don't know what to say, I just send a hug to my friends or those I think who need one.   It's amazing how hugs can make a person's day.  Thanks everyone for making my life a whole lot better and happier. Laughing Cool

    I am so glad your feeling better. I need to lose weight too. I guess I do not have the get up and go to exercise. Maybe one day soon. By the time I get home and do a little bit I am tired and just want to go to bed. Rainy weather does make you feel bad. It is depressing. We have had a lot here lately. Have a good night and sweet dreams.
