Journal Entry for June 11, 2007 Mood
Monday, June 11, 2007

Well today I talked with my younger sister and we chatted about our family health.  It seems all the women in our family is highly genetic to breast cancer.  In 1991 I had a huge lump removed from my breast and now one of my older sisters also has a lump to be removed.

I know she'll be fine we strong women always are ok. But she is a bit preoccupied at the same time. No one wants that kind of diagnosis! I will write more as the news unfolds.  One good thing about all of this, our female siblings are all uniting better than ever.  Sometimes it takes  the pain of being torn apart to bring us all together.  To be continued...

Sorry to hear about your sister. You can help her so much. I have had a mass removed also but was benign. It is really scary if you do not have anyone to support you. Hang in there.
