Good afternoon everyone here at DS

I think it's high time I got here and wrote a bit about my summer.  Well first it was rainy then humid then rainy and humid.   You get the picture. 

I am trying so hard to contribute to the workforce that I am hoping do take more training in the tech dept.  My whole life has been given to working in the commuinty service, customer service and relations and office management field.  Well I am lacking some computer knowledge so I am missing out on great job opportunities.  Now I can go and get some retraining and make my marketable skills better.  The ever changing world of technology has me a bit overwhelmed but I plan on DOING it.   Now that is if I have any say in this and I'm told I do so there.

So the app for financing is a humdinger of a doosey.  Wow!  28 pages of forms and that's not counting on letters, research in the chosen field of my dreams and references, 6 of em.  Yep 6 people who can vouch that I am an earthling, sane and want to succeed.  Any takers!!??   Heh heh.    Just kidding, I need the people here in Canada and my town to do that. But I'm sure some of you would do it too if I needed it. Uhm, right!?!

So that is what takes up my time mostly.  Now on the other part of my learning.  Oh boy!

I am studying the bible.  Yep that book too.  I love it and find it fascinating for the most part.  Right now we are studying the minor prophets such as Joel, Amos, Habbukuk, Zepheniah, Zecariah and others.  Whew that was a test right there for me to remember some of them.  But it is interesting.  Good thing I enjoy reading and the tv has taken a  back burner to this new way of life for me. 

If I am accepted at the training thing in the fall I am allowed to go online and do emails and come here.  Wow what a bonus.  I can actually be here to say hello more often.  And believe me I will.

On that note, please know if I am not here online,  you are all on my mind and in my heart so closely that I feel bad if I am not sending hugs or messages.  I truly enjoy all my friends here and will do my best to keep stable and chat with you more often.  Thank you all for your wonderful patience and friendships.
