Boy I really got GREAT news when Aging Service too k me to Dr. Yuki Rosenkoetter gasto

enterology yesterday.

 . No hospital tests I was so afraid I would have to have! Ask her about

more food for diverticulous....One tells me one thing...another a no but she said I could eat: nuts, vinegar, chocolate, garlic, Pepsi, Cottage cheese, chili and sausage!

I havent tried these food s for MONTHS...keeping a food journal...so if anything happens I can look back to what it was!

Dear God
It is just me again.
You know I have this group of friends
that I need you to take care of and watch over.
They are not from my town,
and most are not even in the same state/province,
in fact there are some that live in a different country.
They are scattered all over the world.
I met them on the Internet.

We send e-mails to each other,
and some I have even spoken to on the phone,
but most of them, we will never meet face to face,
however there are a few
that I have been lucky enough to share a real hug with.
It does not matter if we have met
or not these people are my friends.
There is so much going on in the world,
and it scares me,
you see I care about these friends that I have met,
and God that is why I am asking you
to please watch over them  and protect them.

I would never have imagined that
I could care and even love someone
that I have only met online.
The truth is loving and truly caring about a person
begins in the heart, and it stays inside of the heart.
I ask you God to give my friends
health, happiness and peace,
please take care of them, and guide them.

Through the Internet
I have been so blessed to  have found friends
from all over the world.
I have learned that although some of us
have different beliefs and we live differently,
we are so much alike,
all hoping for the same things in life,
true happiness.

Please God,
Bless each one of these friends
that have touched my life in one way or another.
Forgive those God that have hurt others,
help them learn the true meaning of
Love and Friendship.
I know that each person
that I have met through the Internet
has been placed in my path for a reason,
so I ask you once again God,
protect them, guide them,
keep them safe, love them and
Bless them throughout their lives.

   I'll type this a sentence or two at a sitting as I can't write too much till the headache is too bad. Then
   I have to stop and do something else (usually have my eyes closed) Yesterday the glacoma Dr.
   said I don't have to take the 2 drops in the day, only the nite ones until we can find out what
   in the heck is wrong with my body. 6 more days I get to see my Dr. about why the liver count
   is so low. I'm so darn sick of feeling like I'm in the middle of a raging storm, in a boat. Friends
   are helping me read instructions and open bottles for me.
   My friend Mary helped me last nite and we put the printing up to the biggest it could be...
   only it didn't my daily strength web site where I get most of my letters from nowdays!
   The weather is awful...snow, snow, snow and so COLD.
   Hope this finds you in good health and happy spirits! Will write more as soon as I can!

   Prayers go out to 2 in my family...my daughter-in law just having her gall-blatter out and
   my sister-in-law with so much trouble with kidney stones.
   
   PS...Jeanette I went out and bought some Super Vit. B Complex.
