I'm back again! We'll see how the ol thumb feels tomorrow after using this stupid thumb.
Putting my arm in a sling to "rest it" for 5dayswas sure the wrongthingto do! It made other muscles in
the right bicept all stretched out of shape. What looks like a boil is on my right thumb has what looks like a
big boil on it....they told me to get a thumb protector and showed me some exercise and how to use ice
on it. I get to start using my arm only to raise it a little above waist level. First thing I'm trying is my
COMPUTER! It sure is a chore tryingto type with this metal on my thumb!
I'm VERY discouraged that it seems like therapy is doing NO good, but they keep saying it's just
going to take more time. I don't like traveling
Sure I don't hurt it worse and can answer my letters now!
