At Therapy yesterday they found a lump in my arm...she asked if I had seen a Dr. about it, but still massaged it. Wow does it hurt today. But I remember years ago when my youngest son fell from a tree and hurt his arm. He came home crying saying that it hurt, I remember telling him that it had to hurt before it would get better. Ha....now he can say THAT to me!!
Today is 9 sheets of excercises twice today, but this morning think I'll just head out for the Dollar Store, with a woman buying things make you feel better right?
