We have a fire in Central Utah that is raising a little "havoc" here. It has burned 300,000 acres and is growing
1000,000 acres a day. Think the TV said 500 firefighters were there, it's caused us to have TERRIBLE air,
we shouldn't be out in, but darn I have to go to therapy Weds. for the roator cuff (shoulder) Will be sooooo
glad when it is done and over with. We'll do about 5 therapy sessions, if it doesn't work, another
MRI and surjery (sp) Glad whatever happens that it'll be done and over with.
I found out today some more things you can't have when you have diverticulous and one is chocolate.
Gee I'm a chocoholic and the other is any fresh or cooked cabbage....darn I have so much coleslaw
in the ice box I love it. It sure did "bloat" me tho (2 pounds worth)

Thank you for yoour support, We must live some what close The air here in Southern utah is horrible because of the arizona strip fire. But I love Utah and find it very peacful and full of good people like yourself. I'm sorry your in pain, and really sorry you can't eat chocolate that must be very hard.
