About Me
Mum of one, dealing with bipolar II. Have been misdiagnosed from age of 16 with unipolar depression, finally being correctly diagnosed in Jun 2008. (So that's only 18 years then)! Spend most of my time in clinical depression, (with occasional hypomania) and have problems with not being able to control my moods (irritability, anger, rage and crying).
Interests
TV, reading, sleeping. Anything Harry Potter. I am in love with Alan Rickman, especially when he dresses up as sexy Severus Snape for me! What a MAN!! XX

hi thankyou for your reply , i have finished champix , this was for smoking , smokefree now just over 2 months , champix works the same, i was depressed on them tablets , but it could be coming off an adictive habit smoking , start the tablets tomorrow fingers cross , thanks again xxxx

Have become obese through various illnesses, i.e. Bipolar Disorder II, Hypothyroidism and PCOS to name the major culprits! Also have been guilty of binge eating.

Been diagnosed with PCOS a few months ago. Hasn't helped my obesity.

My beautiful, only son was diagnosed with ASD when he was 3 and a half.

- Sugar and colourings can make his ASD worse.

- Always try to communicate and socialise him well. He is often in the company of other chidren and taking part in social events. Try to tackle challenging behaviour.

- Diagnosed at 3 and a half. Has since then had speech therapy, attended a special needs nursery and now attends an autism unit in a mainstream school.
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- My son loves sport. He is very energetic. He attends Judo and swimming classes. Helps to burn off some of that chaotic energy, and teaches self-discipline.
