Have been to pain clinic today i dont know wheather it was worth it. It seems like i have to have another wait again then be put on a pain mangement programe and he wont do anything until i have been for my arthroscopy. He did say he would write to my doctor for some new pain killers and some creams. Also suggested auctuputure. not sure about this if anyone has any thoughts then let me know. But when i got home i rang the hospital about my date for my arthroscopy seems like the list is getting down and i am now at the top so should have my pre-op assement then the date for op could be mid june instead of july. But it is hard to deal with and i have forgotton what normal is and not to be in pain i can remember when i have had a good night sleep. There seems to be so many areas which you are just waiting. But thanks to all those who have suppoted me i would be lost without you all and i thank you for all you hugs

I am sorry you have to wait to get help with the pain, and then wait for the arthroscopy - I know it seems that it is unfair - you want to unzip your skin and tell the doctor or nurse would you like to step inside. Then maybe they will get it! You are in my prayers. (((Hugs) Bonnie
