It is difficult for me to sum up the whole event but i will try they gave us guidelines to go by and told us that Chroinc pain was not in our head but real and anot to over do it and try and pace yourself so that you dont have so many fall outs.The phiso told us some exercises to do but you have to be careful giving out exercises they are not always right for everyone and you have to agian pace yoursel to make sure that you dont overdue it. I cant do some of the exercises as it hurts my leg I cant get all the exercise on the ds diary sheet but if anyone want s to know i will tell them. They also talk about your mood and how   affects you if you are feeling depresed then you feel down and lie becomes a circle. I am keeping a diariy of what i am doing and when i do it. They recommend two books One called Overcoming Depession by Paul Gilbert . I think the other is called Mind over mood but i cant remeber the auther i have it on order from the library i will let you all know the tiltle when i get it. I met several others in the group all with pain in some way. I must admit i did not think that the room and the morning would have such a bad affect on me and the worse thing is i have to back again which i am not looking forward to.

 

 

But i hope this small piece give some info to others it is not much and if anyone is interested then let me know i will be in touch with them if necessary but as i said in the beginning it is dificult to sum the morning up.
