hi there thanks to all those who have sent messages of support. I have been to doctors today and been given a trial of medication got to back in a month feeling a bit tired today.
.Asked about my dizziness can up my medication if necessary. also ask about acuputure but will have to pay for it i will think about again. he said i got to be careful as i wont know what is doing the jobAnyway we see what happens

You might want to keep a little journal on the medication you take and how it makes you feel. If you have to change to something else you'll have a record of what worked and what didn't. I've been on so many different meds I tend to get confused of what I took in the past.
