      Hi I am a 40 yr old man. I am extremely depressed and anxious all the time. My life is shit. I hate my job, my g'frd hates me, I am so broke and have so much debt that I will never get out of it. If this is all there is to life then why bother? Its just the same old crap day in and day out.NOTHING is gonna make me feel better about the situation I'm in or the waste of time I spend day in and day out going to a vry meaningless job and struggling weekly to keep it just to survive another day
