ok, day 18 and doing ok. Bit worried about payday but will make a hair appt for next weekend and my daughter and I will go Christmas shopping to keep me busy. My counselling session on Saturday got cancelled but that ok, will go again next weekend. Stay strong guys, we can beat this!

This is good, you are planning. It's the way to get through that day. I know how it feels to have money sitting there screaming at you ready to go to the pokies, you don't need to do that. That hard earned money can sit under your Christmas tree or be used for you. You will love how you feel after your haircut. i am doing the same next week. Enjoy!
