My father passed away on Saturday, May 5th very suddenly. I am in shock and miss him deeply. My father was everything to me and it is going to be a very long road ahead.

My family and I found out Friday night that my father may have cancer. It turns out that cancer took over his body in a very short time.

I am having a hard time with his passing and just need someone to listen to me because I have four sisters, my mother and a nephew that need me right now. I need someone too!!!

i am so sry to hear that my dad died in 99 and i still to this day miss him so much he was my best friend , wish i could take the pain away hope we can get to no each other my dad also had cancer and died in a short time from it only 2 months than me died god it killed me so i understand if you need me i'm here for you.. ok lots of love ,donna

I'm so sorry to hear about your father. I lost my dad suddenly too (a car accident) just a month ago. Hang in there, I just joined this group today, but it seems like there is always someone to listen.

I'm sorry for your loss. I know how hard it is to suffer such a sudden loss. My dad died when I was 20 of a sudden heart attack. He too was my world especially since my mom died when I was 15.
I'm the youngest of five. I know how hard it is to have to be strong for your family. I am here too if you every want to talk.

I went to see my Dad on November 21st - he had been unwell for three weeks with a self diagnosed ulcer - that he had had for years and years. Turned out he had lung cancer with brain metastases and 11 weeks later when he passed away the cancer had spread everywhere - it is so hard to take, so I understand. Here if you need to talk. Mx
