I'm Hep C positive with R/A and Hemochromatosis also have mixed cryoglobulinemiaI've been Hep C positive for 20 yrs but only started bothering me severly 2 yrs. ago. Now at end liver stages.Genotype 1a

Close Hemochromatosis
My liver doctor found my ferritin level to be 858 normal is 20 to 100, On one other time it was1200 this also causes liver damage.
Open Cirrhosis
I'm 48 yrs old and in stage 4 end liver diease with hemachromatosis, hep c and fatty liver, cirrhosis is forsure there due to everything that has been going on for along time.

I'm Hep C pos. from a blood transfusion and now have been diagnoised with R/A

- been on for 20 months also have cryoglobulemia which deals with joints and inflamation, low dosage except at breakouts. very little help, weight gain,say I can't do R/A meds because of liver not being able to filter them I need to go to a Rhem. doc.
