According to legend, now I just am repeating what I have heard, the Anastazi, translated into Navajo, Sioux, and Arapahoe, means the original human beings, left this realm of existence and went into another world when the savages from the south, savages being the Inca's, descended on them and tried to enslave them and offer them to their gods as sacrifices. So, they left town. ??? Nobody really knows what happens to the people who built these ruins, they dissapeared. Maybe they invented the wheel and drove away, who knows.
