I worked out last night. Despite the challenges with the feet, I was able to walk one mile around the track then I rode the stationery bike a distance of four miles. I worked up a sweat and felt quite good. It has been a while since I had been really able to exercise like that because of the neck injury. The neurosurgeon told me to stick to walking until further notice. I couldn't walk for exercise because of the feet. There came the bad habits and the pounds!!!!

Today, I was able to walk the treadmill for 20 minutes. Yeah!! I think you could assume that the dogs are barking quite loudly right now. After the workout, I joined a Bellydancing class. I really enjoyed it!! I love yoga as well!!!!!

As far as the eating for the day. Unfortunately, I ate a light breakfast, skipped lunch, and have not eaten dinner yet. I did not eat my fruit nor did I drink my water!!! BOOOOO!!!! I will do better tomorrow!!!!!! I had a nice day at work and the gym.

    That's a great start.. make sure you don't starve yourself though, that tricks your body into storing more fat. many small meals beats 3 big ones.

    you are my hero. how fun you are sounding. how was bellydancing. i would love a dance class that was exercise and made me feel like a woman again. you are doing so good. no more skipping meals girl!!! congrats

    Good for you! Keep up the good work. I have found from personal experience that it gets addicting after awhile. Your body craves the endorphines from working our and the vitamins from the fruits and veggies! So proud of you!!!!!
