I'm just going to keep posting in here in order to work through these urges to eat.

I'm trying to figure out if something is bothering me, but I really can't come up with anything.

I don't feel any more anxious than I normally do, and nothing upsetting happened today.

I'm not bored...I'm not sad...

I really don't know what's causing it.

All I know is that so far I'm pushing it away and hopefully this will get a little easier.
