I walked for about 10 minutes yesterday. It’s not much, but it’s something at least, right?
My first bitty baby steps:
No soda. I can’t stand diet and the regular has far too much sugar and calories.
Limit of 2 servings of juice. Too many calories, not enough satisfaction.
A conscious effort to add a little exercise, even if it’s not a lot. As I don’t usually exercise at all, anything is a difference.
Record everything I eat before it enters my mouth.
Read labels and limit myself to one serving size by measuring.
