OMG I feel like a vampire ! Im starting to get dark circles around my eyes. When i go to the Drs onthe June the 4th I'll ask about the muscle relaxers and everything else I can remember .....b/c this not being able to sleep is really getting to me. It has to be the meds. My finger tips feel numb...What the heck is that all about??Maybe im just falling apart now............

Be sure you tell them about your not sleeping. It is a vicious cycle that needs to be broken. Maybe the doctor can give you low dose of elavil (10 mg) that they gave me at sleep disorder clinic as well as muscle relaxer, so you will go through the whole 4 levels of sleep cycle needed to restore yourself, make hormones adequately, and be able to think (put things in long term memory) this was part of my recovery process, just a piece of the puzzle, but a piece that really helps.
